Warning-Do Not Twist!

Warning! Do to manufacture roughness of 3rd party springs and retaining clips some Chuggies will disassemble if twisted while attempting to arm the device. We are currently working on a solution and hope to have all future Chuggies twist safe. If there is an issue with your Chuggy, then please reach out to us on our contact page and we will work with you to make it right. In the meantime, if you are having difficulty arming your Chuggy try rotating the piercing tub a quarter turn while the device is in the disarmed/relaxed position and attempt to rearm the Chuggy. Repeat this process until you are able to engage the trigger and lock the Chuggy in armed position.
